Half Term Kids Activities

The May half term holiday programme of Leisure Centre activities for kids is now available.
Active Day Camps are jammed packed with sporting activities and arts and crafts and there will be swimming activities in the pool. Please click on the link below or pick up a copy in centre.


Support Summer Reading Challenge

The library is seeking volunteers to help children do the Summer Reading Challenge 2015. Volunteers work as part of a friendly team and carry out a variety of tasks, which include talking to children about the books they've been reading, helping children choose new books and assisting with holiday activities. The closing date for applications is 14 June. Volunteers must be aged 14 or over. For more information phone 01454 868451 or email below.


Book an Acton Court Tour

Groups can now book tours of Acton Court and its grounds for summer 2015. Acton Court is said to be the most authentic Tudor building in England. The remaining East wing was built especially for a visit by Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn in 1535.
