Crossways Infant School
Crossways Infant School is a community school in Thornbury. With an intake of 60 pupils the school has two classes for each year from reception, aged from 4, until year 2.
For the area it serves Crossways Infant School is in the unique position of providing an excellent and wide ranging education specifically for infant age children, and is celebrated not just by academic success but by the breadth of the curriculum.

Crossways Junior School
We are a community school for children aged between 7 and 11 years. The school was opened in 1973 and is set in beautiful grounds with playground, sports field, adventure playground area and fitness trail. There are eight classrooms, music/technology and art/craft workshops, a large multi-purpose hall which is used for PE, drama and our many performances. Our provision for ICT is second to none and we place high value on sport and all the arts. We believe in providing a broad curriculum for all children at Crossways and rely on the whole school community to work together to achieve the best that is possible.

Tytherington Pre-School
We are a friendly rural pre-school accepting children from aged 2 and a half and welcome children from all around the Thornbury area.
We are registered with Ofsted and a member of both the Pre-School Learning Alliance and Children's Playlink. We offer spacious indoor and outdoor learning environments as well as regular forest and park visits.
